High-Temperature Lubricating Grease

This product is a general-purpose lithium-based grease, belonging to a long-acting and multi-purpose grease. It can replace calcium-based, sodium-based, and calcium-sodium-based greases, and is an upgraded product of such lubricants. It has good water resistance, mechanical stability, rust resistance, and oxidation stability, and is widely suitable for the lubrication of rolling bearings, sliding bearings, and other friction parts of various mechanical equipment within the temperature range of -20℃ to 120℃.

Precautions

1. Should be stored in a clean, dry, and cool place; 2. During storage and transportation, it is necessary to prevent moisture and mixing with other harmful impurities; 3. Shall not be mixed with other greases, and shall not be used after heating; 4. After use, the remaining grease in the barrel should be smoothed and covered to prevent oil leakage.

Instructions for Use

Before use, the area of use should be kept clean. Brushes, spatulas, grease guns, or automatic lubrication equipment can be used for application or filling.

Storage method

Store in a sealed, dry, and cool place to avoid exposure to extreme high or low temperatures;
After opening and using, when resealing, the surface of the grease should be smoothed and sealed for storage to avoid accelerating oil separation;
Under good sealing conditions, the shelf life is 36 months.
